Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Guarantee
If CATalyst Pro isn't working for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp and we will process your refund. No lengthy forms, no automated systems — you talk directly to the founder.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to all paid CATalyst Pro plans — ₹489 one-time and ₹99/month — purchased through our Razorpay checkout. It does not apply to the CATalyst Max plans (coming soon, separate terms will apply).
2. Refund eligibility window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible, regardless of usage.
3. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

Request within 7 days — your WhatsApp message must be sent within 7 calendar days of the purchase date shown on your Razorpay payment receipt.

Genuine usage across multiple days — your account must show active usage on at least 5 separate calendar days after the purchase date, with a minimum of 25 questions attempted in total. We verify this from your session timestamps and attempt logs. Gaming this condition (multiple sessions on a single day) does not qualify — the data shows the date of each attempt, and back-to-back sessions on one day count as one day of usage.

Provide your registered email — send the email address used to create your CATalyst account so we can verify the purchase and usage.

One refund per user — refunds are limited to one per person. Re-purchasing after a refund makes you ineligible for future refunds.

Monthly plan refunds — for the ₹99/month plan, only the most recent charge is eligible for a refund. Prior months' charges are not refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Send a WhatsApp message to Sahil (founder) at +91 70804 42040 with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay payment ID (from your purchase receipt email)
- A brief reason — this helps us improve the product

5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) via Razorpay. The exact credit time depends on your bank after Razorpay initiates the reversal.
6. Non-refundable situations
- Requests submitted after 7 days of purchase
- Accounts with usage on fewer than 5 separate calendar days after purchase
- Accounts with fewer than 25 questions attempted after purchase
- Requests citing "change of mind" without genuine multi-day usage
- Accounts that have already received a prior refund
- Purchases made during promotional or discounted campaigns, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase
7. Account after refund
Once a refund is approved and processed, your CATalyst Pro access is revoked and your account returns to the free tier. Your practice history and error log remain saved for 30 days before deletion, in case you choose to re-subscribe.
